What a storm we had a week ago today.

Almost four inches of rain caused pine needles and sticks to fall as well as five trees. I am happy to tell you that the place is cleaned uu including bunkers, fairways, and roughs. We are mowing everything normal; the only ongoing clean up is inside the tree line.

Maintenance for the near future f will include fairways, which will be aerated November 24-25 with greens and tees following November 30 – December 1. Overseeding of worn out areas near paths and heavy cart traffic areas entering and leaving fairways will begin now that the rains have begun; these are usually areas worn out because they are not regularly irrigated
