Hi everybody, are you ready to celebrate the 4th? We are, but we will also continue our quest to have the course ready, so come and play!

 This week we have been busy adding new sand to bunkers, mostly greenside for now. We are spraying greens with fertilizer and wetting agents to help with the occasional sun and wind. With so many pine trees throughout the course, both sides of all fairways we are picking up pine cones along the roughs and in the trees, which is certainly a challenge. But we have cleaned them up and cut all the long grass around tees and roughs.  Nematodes have been kept at bay so they haven’t caused us any problems.
